About the Artist

I was once asked, ”What draws me to Still Life Photography?”

For me, fine art photography is an intentional craft—a deliberate process of building a scene from the ground up. Unlike fast-paced photography that relies on chasing fleeting moments, still life allows for absolute control over composition, light, and shadow. Every element in the frame is placed with purpose, turning simple, everyday subjects into striking visual statements.

Working out of a dedicated studio space, I use precise strobe lighting setups and thoughtful styling to transform quiet arrangements into high-impact wall art. I hold an Associates Degree in Photography with High Honors from McDowell Technical Community College, but I believe an artist’s education never truly ends. I continually refine my techniques through advanced coursework, bringing technical discipline and meticulous planning to every piece I create.

A Simple Rule of Quality

My philosophy for my portfolio is straightforward: If I wouldn’t hang it on my own wall, I won’t offer it to you.

Every image in this gallery must meet that standard. In fact, one of my favorite pieces—a 20" x 30" canvas print of Daisies in Pitcher in Black and White—hangs proudly in my own home. That personal standard ensures that every client receives a piece crafted with real pride and artistic integrity.

Archival Excellence for Your Space

Whether you are selecting art to anchor a cozy living room or curate a professional commercial space, wall art is an investment in your environment. That is why I partner with Printique to deliver true museum-quality prints.

Unlike standard ink-jet dot matrix printing, my photographs are produced using traditional Silver Halide photographic processes. The result is exceptional depth, rich color accuracy, and brilliant contrast that will resist fading and remain vibrant for decades to come.

My goal is simple: to offer fine art that elevates your space, brings daily appreciation to your walls, and keeps you coming back whenever it’s time to curate your next room.
